DESCRIPTION OF BANDING LEVELS:
- 35–50 — Stage -6: Extremist Leadership — Opposes equity, incites division, views DEI as a threat.
- 51–60 — Stage -5: Deeply Entrenched Views — Promotes exclusionary views and stereotypes.
- 61–70 — Stage -4: Blaming and Deflecting — Acknowledges inequality but mocks or blames marginalised groups.
- 71–80 — Stage -3: Hostility and Rejection — Dismisses DEI and lived experiences, often combative.
- 81–90 — Stage -2: Dismissive and Avoidant — Minimises concerns, avoids DEI dialogue.
- 91–100 — Stage -1: Unaware and Inactive — Little engagement with DEI topics; silent bystander.
- 101–110 — Stage +1: Emerging Awareness — Beginning to notice inequality; curious but uncertain.
- 111–120 — Stage +2: Discomfort and Awakening — Becoming aware; feels discomfort, guilt, or confusion.
- 121–130 — Stage +3: Developing Understanding — Actively learning, reflecting, and supporting others.
- 131–140 — Stage +4: Engaged and Reflective — Confidently engages in DEI; challenges bias and injustice.
- 141–155 — Stage +5: Systems Thinker and Advocate — Mentors, speaks out, integrates DEI into systems.
- 156–169 — Stage +6: Transformational Leader — Leads change, empowers others, embodies equity.
- 170–175 — Stage +6+: Excellence / Beacon of Change — Models inclusive excellence across all domains.

Radar profiles and Developmental Matrices
The Radar Profiles are designed to be used with the developmental matrices which are available through the training program to DEI consultants and Psychologists for use with individuals and organisations.
There are supporting developmental matrices for each assessment which can be used by DEI consultants and Psychologists in interpreting the data and writing reports. They can also be used to for setting the action plan and monitoring progress.
