Dr. Shungu Hilda M’gadzah is a leading Educational Psychologist, Diversity & Inclusion expert, and the creator of the Six Stages Framework—a model helping individuals and organisations address racism and discrimination with psychological insight. With over 30 years of experience across education, health, and leadership roles, she offers therapeutic services, expert witness support, and executive coaching. Dr. Shungu is the Director of Inclusion Psychologists Ltd, a governor of a special school, and an Associate Delivery Partner with Inclusivitii, working with the NHS, schools, and corporate clients.
