Dr Shungu Hilda M’gadzah is a Chartered Educational Psychologist, author, coach, expert witness, and creator of the Six Stages Framework (SSF)—a psychological model designed to help individuals and organisations better understand human behaviour, relationships, systems, and responses to difference in an increasingly complex world.
With over 30 years of experience across education, mental health, leadership and consultancy, Dr M’gadzah has worked in a wide range of roles including Educational Psychologist, Principal Educational Psychologist, Head of Service, consultant, coach and expert witness.
