Mutisunge Edwards

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead | Six Stages Framework Associate

Mutisunge Edwards is the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead at Christ’s Hospital School in West Sussex, where she amplifies student voice and nurtures future leaders through a strong culture of inclusion and belonging.

A trained Associate of the Six Stages Framework, Mutisunge works with schools and organisations to advance anti-racism, equity, and systemic change in meaningful and sustainable ways.

At Christ’s Hospital—a school with a long-standing mission to transform the lives of students from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds—Mutisunge leads the strategic direction of EDI across the institution. Her unique position outside the traditional teaching structure allows her to work collaboratively with safeguarding, mental health, chaplaincy, and PSHE teams to embed inclusive practices throughout the school community.

Marcia Ore- Marcia Ore

MSc, MA, PgCert, Assoc CIPD | DEI Consultant | Coach | Mediator | Advocate for Equality and Inclusion | Aspiring Non-Executive Director

Marcia Ore is a highly respected Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Consultant with a proven track record of delivering impactful services across the UK and North America. Her work spans sectors including healthcare, education, housing, nuclear, legal, marketing, and charitable organisations.

Her unwavering commitment to social justice and anti-racism—particularly for Black people, women, and LGBTQI+ individuals—stems from her 30-year career as a Police Officer. This foundation shaped her dedication to activism, equity, and structural change.

Marcia is widely recognised for her thought leadership and has been featured in TV, radio, podcasts, and print media. For six years, she contributed monthly articles to Jane’s Police Review, and she continues to share her insights as a distinguished keynote speaker on global platforms.

As Co-founder and Director of Women In The Shade, Marcia supports Black women in uniformed services, particularly those in junior ranks, ensuring their voices and experiences are seen, heard, and valued. She co-authored a transformative 30-day journal to empower Black women and is currently the Operations Manager at Board Racial Diversity UK, a charity dedicated to increasing Black and Asian representation on charity boards.

She also serves on the Advisory Boards of Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear and the Big Sister App—a digital tool using AI to detect threats and promote safer online spaces for young people.

In education, Marcia has served as a School Governor and as a Trustee for IPSEA (Independent Provider of Special Education Advice), a UK charity offering legal guidance to families of children with special educational needs and disabilities.

Marcia holds two Master’s degrees in Coaching & Mentoring and in Education, Management & Leadership, as well as postgraduate certifications in Mediation and Coaching. She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development. Her lifelong commitment to learning and equity continues to drive her mission of creating inclusive, safe, and empowering environments for all.

Dr Laura Cockburn

Chartered Educational Psychologist | HCPC Registered (UK)

Dr. Laura Cockburn is a Chartered Educational Psychologist with over 30 years of experience supporting children, young people, families, and educational systems both in the UK and internationally. She is currently based in the London Borough of Haringey, where she works closely with schools and multi-agency professionals in one of London’s most diverse and dynamic communities. Her work focuses on consultation, training, and interventions that promote the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people—an area of increasing priority in the aftermath of the pandemic.

Laura began her career as a teacher in both mainstream and special education settings, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting neurodivergent learners. She later trained as an Educational Psychologist, gaining extensive expertise in Autism, child development, and inclusive education practices.

As one of the longstanding managers of a special interest group for Educational Psychologists in Autism, Laura has co-organised national conferences, delivered webinars—including on the impact of the pandemic on autistic children—and co-authored the book Educational Psychology Perspectives on Supporting Young Autistic Children.

Internationally, Laura worked with the Ministry of Education in Singapore to help establish school psychological services and support systems. She also founded an independent consultancy providing assessment, training, and supervision across international schools, government sectors, and expatriate communities in Southeast Asia.

Her passion for cultural understanding is reflected in her doctoral research on Third Culture Kids (TCKs)—children who grow up in cultures different from their parents’ home country. This interest has shaped her career and informed her practice across diverse populations.

Laura has also served as a Head of Diagnostic Services at the National Autistic Society in the UK, where she led a multidisciplinary team providing diagnostic assessments and family support at both national and international levels.

In higher education, Laura was an academic and supervisory tutor for over a decade on the Doctorate in Child and Educational Psychology at the University of East London. She has also consulted for Real Training, offering supervision and professional development for specialist teachers working in international schools around the world.

A lifelong advocate for children and young people, Laura is deeply committed to helping each child thrive through understanding, support, and inclusive practices.

Dr. Stacy


Chartered Educational Psychologist | HCPC Registered (UK)

Dr. Stacy is a Chartered Educational Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working across education, corporate, and community settings. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

She began her career supporting children and young people in educational environments before expanding her expertise to leadership and organisational development. Today, Stacy is widely recognised for her work in training, coaching, and consultancy—particularly in promoting inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and interpersonal effectiveness in the workplace.

Her client base spans a diverse range of industries including Insurance, Media, and Health. She delivers evidence-informed programmes that help leaders and teams foster empathy, improve communication, and build more psychologically safe cultures. Stacy’s approach blends psychological insight with practical strategies tailored to each organisation’s context and challenges.

As a leadership coach and associate trainer for the Six Stage Framework, she works with public and private sector organisations across the UK and internationally. Her contributions also extend to mainstream media, where she’s a regular commentator on psychological topics for outlets such as BBC News, ITV, and The Telegraph.

Stacy’s work is underpinned by robust psychological models and a strong commitment to equity and wellbeing. Whether supporting individuals, guiding teams through complex transitions, or delivering training that shifts workplace culture, her goal remains the same: to help people and systems thrive through clarity, compassion, and evidence-based practice.

Dr. Ken Greaves


C.Psychol., CSi, AFBPsS | Chartered Psychologist | HCPC Registered

Dr. Ken Greaves is a Chartered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and holds designations as a Chartered Scientist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.

Over his career, Ken has worked in a variety of specialist roles, including as a Consultant Psychologist at the University of Cambridge and as a Senior Psychologist across educational, health, social care, and workplace settings. His expertise includes working with children, young people, and adults who are autistic or have related neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia.

Ken also brings experience in supporting individuals with a wide spectrum of needs—from those with profound and complex learning difficulties to gifted and talented learners. He has worked extensively with individuals from Minority Ethnic Communities and is committed to culturally sensitive practice.

As part of his wider consultancy, Ken has provided independent psychological reports for courts, tribunals, and employers. He currently specialises in therapeutic support for neurodivergent adolescents and adults and is a member of the diagnostic team at the Lorna Wing Centre for Autism at the National Autistic Society.

Ken is also a national trainer on the Autism Education Trust’s National Autism Training Programme and a Senior Life Associate Member of the Royal Society of Medicine. His private consultancy is based in London, where he continues to offer tailored psychological support and expert guidance grounded in decades of professional experience.

Monica Mwanje

Chartered Chemical Engineer | ILM Level 7 Accredited Executive Coach and Mentor

Monica Mwanje is the Managing Director and Founder of Inclusion and Diversity in Nuclear (IDN), a solution-focused organisation advancing equity, inclusion, and diversity across the nuclear sector. With over 21 years of experience in the civil nuclear industry, she began her career as a chemical engineer and progressed into strategic and executive leadership roles.

She is also the founder of MM Creative Solutions, a consultancy that supports growth and transformation in regulated sectors. Monica holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, which underpins her leadership approach and enhances her ability to support individuals and organisations through change and development.

Monica has coached individuals at all levels, from aspiring leaders to board members helping them gain clarity, solve complex challenges, and take meaningful action.

Her experience delivering inclusion, diversity and equity consultancy and training spans public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has worked nationally and internationally with organisations ranging from microbusinesses to multinational corporations. Monica also serves on several industry boards and is a charity trustee.
