1. FREE SSF WORKSHOPS
I am restarting the free introductory workshops to the Six Stages Framework.
These sessions offer a space to explore how we understand:
-
- behaviour
-
- bias
-
- and responses to difference
through the SSF lens.
I would be delighted if you were able to join as we continue our collective equity journey.
I am increasingly seeing colleagues attend together as part of their CPD, which creates rich discussion that can be continued within teams and services.
If you would like further information, please feel free to message me.
Below, I’ve also included some recent podcast details, links and CPD resources which you may find helpful.
Workshop details:
Monthly sessions:
1st Wednesday (1–2 PM) BST
1st Thursday (7–8 PM)
Masterclasses: Applying SSF in Practice
4th Wednesday 1-2pm BST
4th Wednesday 7-8pm
2. A MILLION LITTLE CUTS NEW PODCAST EPISODE
I’ve just listened to the NotebookLM companion for “A Million Little Cuts: Racism and Resilience”… and I’m sitting with it.
There’s something about hearing these reflections back-through a different voice, a different medium-that lands differently.
It deepens the message. It makes it harder to look away.
Because a million little cuts are rarely seen for what they are.
They’re dismissed. Minimized. Explained away.
And yet-they shape how people see themselves, how safe they feel, how they move through the world.
What stayed with me most was this…
A colleague shared that they had played the original podcast to their daughter- to help her make sense of something she had been experiencing at school.
Let that sink in.
This is not abstract.
This is not theoretical.
This is lived. Felt. Carried.
And this is why the work matters.
Not just to name the cuts-
but to understand their impact,
to challenge the systems that normalise them,
and to build something different.
Something more human.
More aware.
More just.
If you haven’t listened yet, take a moment.
Not just to hear it-but to feel it.
And then ask yourself:
What are we still calling “small”… that are anything but?
A million little cuts is based on Chapter 1 and the prelude of If Racism Was a Virus
Featuring insights from the Six Stages Framework
For those who’ve been hurt, and those ready to help heal
3. CHECK OUT MORE SSF SCRIPTS & VIDEOS
Many EPs and teachers who have attended the SSF training have asked for scripts to help work out what to say in the moment during difficult conversations
